I would like to commend the night staff at the customer service desk—he was excellent and created a very welcoming atmosphere. In contrast, the day staff appeared stand-offish and less approachable; even a simple smile and warmer demeanor would go a long way toward fostering a positive first impression for guests. I also encountered an issue with the cleaning staff. When I requested that only the bed be made and the remainder of the cleaning postponed until the following day, the response I received conveyed reluctance, as though the request were unreasonable. This interaction left a negative impression. Furthermore, the breakfast did not meet expectations, as it seemed to consist primarily of frozen items. I had to go out and get breakfast from a nearby restaurant. Providing fresher, higher-quality options would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Lastly, while the room appeared somewhat dated, I understand that renovations are underway, and I am hopeful that future stays will reflect these improvements.

BE AWARE my tires and rims were stolen here and my car left on cinderblocks. The hotel wasn’t even going to refund me. I had to ask. They won’t show me the security footage either. They said they only show the cops even though it’s MY car. The star is for Rodney. He is so nice and accommodating and exactly how a customer service representative should be. He called the cops for me and made sure I was ok.

I’m giving 5 stars because of Mr Brandon. The hotel needs refreshing but his hospitality was beyond expectations. We were in DC for a wedding and he was funny and welcoming. He’s a gem.

This hotel is a Catfish from the website. They tell you there is some renovations occuring so the fitness center and Business center is closed which is totally fine. However our 1st room the bathroom ceiling fell down over the shower, the next room the bathroom floor was peeling and the bathroom exhaust fans don't work so the walls and ceiling show signs of moisture buildup. The Staff however are Very nice and I have no complaints about any of the staff . The staff definitely listened to our issues. I just think maybe this hotel should close until all renovations are completed because the rooms definitely need help.
