I have been a regular customer at your store and recently purchased nearly 10 items in a single transaction. I attempted to return one of them, a black trouser; which still had its original tags(was just not attached to it) and I had the receipt with me. However, the staff member who identified herself as the manager refused to accept the return, claiming that the item “looked worn.” I want to clarify that the trouser was never worn and was brought back in the exact condition I received it. If it appeared “worn” now, I wonder why it was deemed acceptable for sale in the first place. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left the store quite disappointed. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future, which is unfortunate given my loyalty as a customer.
