I would highly recommend the Alan M. Cohen & Associated LLC team to collect any outstanding debt. I hired their services recently to collect a large past due unpaid commercial tenant's rent. The team lead by Garrick Faulk work diligently to collect the entire balance and additional expenses all the while keeping me informed of the progress and correspondence with the debtor. I would defiantly hire their firm again.

This firm is awesome. Having dealt with various attorneys throughout my life and career, it was very gratifying to work with Alan. My previous dealings with different law firms were always disappointing. There are no such stories to tell with Alan’s firm. They were easy to hire, and promptly went to work. My experience was based on a relatively small collections case against a practicing attorney that deteriorated over time. Alan wasted no time with the defendant and promptly went to the courts. Bank account funds were frozen and the case was essentially resolved before the defendant was even served. There were numerous documents and services required to satisfy the debt. Everything that the firm did was promptly documented to me. There remained a small uncollected balance beyond what was available in the defendant's bank account which Alan refused to ignore. Partway through the attachment process, the defendant succumbed. Alan postponed the court date by one week to allow the transfer of the remaining funds to close the case. There was so much work involved in this case for what was earned by the firm. Other attorneys that I have dealt with, inclusive of the defendant in this case would have attempted to talk me out of any kind of process, after sending a strongly worded letter! Needless to say, I am very satisfied in my dealings with Alan and his associates. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner in life!
