Randall was on time, arrived prepared for the tasks at hand, and followed through with ease and efficiency. His communication was great, he was very professional, evidently he has many years of experience and it shows, especially with how easy he made some of the more difficult tasks look. Some of the tasks he did: installed premade ikea shelving, acrylic nail polish racks, repaired drywall, and installed an additional door security lock within the apartment. Pricing was fair, he came in under the quoted price and completed the job an hour sooner than his initial estimates. By far the best handyman in Vancouver, as well as the most honest and transparent. Would hire again 100/10!

Randall helped us fix up the guest bathroom pocket door which has been stuck there for years. He fixed it very efficiently and he charged a reasonable hourly rate. Randall really knows what he's doing and he carries all kinds of tools ready for use. He's very responsive and came in the next morning. He quickly figured out the problems that caused the stuck and took off the door casings to uninstall the door. After we got the parts from the closest Home Depot he replaced it and it was back to normal. It has nothing to do with the sliding track and the drywall. I was misled by a door parts company which said I would have to replace the track and open up the drywall, etc. That's why I waited for years to get it fixed. Randall did not even bother to open up the drywall. We are very happy and satisfied with Randall's service and we won't be hesitant to recommend him to any person who needs a handyman to do the handy jobs. Again, Randall is highly efficient in tackling problems. He's very responsive, easygoing and focused on what he's doing.
