We approached the owner for a sons birthday event and our need was the backdrop had to be customised according to the hotel setup ( Hotel Samco). We knew it would be very challenging and unsure whether we will get that right output, but owner Senthil did a perfectionist job. I had to make multiple changes for the backdrop and not even once Senthil denied ot showed his unwillingness to make that change. He patiently valued the customer satisfaction there. Really was impressed with his quality. Each and every changes we needed starting from milestone board, choosing balloon color and other stuff was arranged perfectly. Coming to the pricing, we choose the basic package, but since we requested customisation on the backdrop, we had to pay very minimal amount extra to bear that which was very very reasonable. Was on time as requested and never disturbed until the function was over. You can definitely book their service, especially if your looking for customisation to your needs and also on the budget side. Really happy customer satisfaction
