They quickly confirmed they could handle my project—terminating three Ethernet cables—and were able to schedule me for the very next day. My technician, Riley, reached out early when his previous appointment canceled, which was a nice bonus. He arrived friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions (even beyond the scope of the project), and performed an electrical panel inspection that was included in the service fee. Riley also brought a welcome packet for first-time customers with helpful info, business cards, pens, and even a branded pizza cutter—small but thoughtful touches that stood out. When one cable turned out to be defective from the original home build, Riley tried multiple times to rule out any errors on his end and offered clear suggestions without trying to upsell anything. Overall, LeBrun—and Riley in particular—exceeded my expectations. Reliable, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. I would absolutely recommend them.
