I had a nasty leak under my kitchen sink that caused a lot of cabinet damage. I call Art Douglas and they got a plumber out asap. My plumber, Erik, was a delight. He was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to diagnose the issues and fix them very quickly and thoroughly. He took his time to explain what was going on and the steps he took to address each issue. Additionally, Erik was very mindful of my pets, treating them with kindness and making sure he closed the door each time he came in/out of the house so that they wouldn't get out. My family has relied on Art Douglas for almost 20 years now to fix our plumbing issues and I remain impressed by the level of professionalism and skill of the plumbers that have helped us. My great experience started with Greg who first took my call. He was courteous, professional, and helpful. In less than an hour Eric arrived and he too was professional and courteous. He explained my options, left to get the water heater, and started the work an hour later. Jerry showed up to help with the installation. I would highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing.
