I've been shopping at both the namaste outlet and the regular store for a long time. They always have unique items that you can't find elsewhere. Though it cost more than other places, you get good quality for your money. I just wish the service would improve. The last time I went was 12/22/2024. I bought gifts for my friends and asked the gentleman if he would wrap it. I let him know the items were gifts for friends. He rang me up then asked if I knew how to wrap it up myself. He told me he didn't know how and if he made the attempt it wouldn't be good. He didn't even try. He handed me a bunch of wrapping paper for me to do it myself. If he couldn't do it, perhaps he could've asked another employee to do it for him. Or perhaps the store can provide training. I was frustrated to spend money and not have the items properly wrapped. I met with friends later that night and gave them the gifts which they enjoyed. I just wished there was an attempt to help a paying customer wrap it since these were holiday gifts.
The energy here is lovely, everyone is so kind and warm. Felt my heart at peace as soon as I walked into the store! They have a good selection of common crystals and a few rare finds. A lot of books on spirituality from different perspectives, incenses, oils, and the like. Tarot deck selection 10/10. Cannot recommend enough 🤍🤍
I love this place. I always go for Sage & spiritual essence or products & I sprays find what I’m looking for. They are also all so sweet and kind & friendly.
