First of all, I want to thank the staff of Rashid Hospital, especially to Dra, Muna Hussain I would like to thank Dr. Muna for taking care of me, for explaining what I was feeling, and for helping me understand how I can recover thank you very much Dra, Musa To Maam Maridel, the receptionist. Thank you, maam maridel, for assisting me and helping me with everything I needed to know. I truly appreciate your effort, and I hope there will be more Filipino workers like you here in Dubai. Keep up the great work and continue to do your best, you inspired me. Please continue your good work and your willingness to help patients who are in need of immediate assistance. Thank you very much maam maridel. And last but not least, I would like to thank Mr. Hussan for helping and assisting me. More power to you, and also to your fellow guards at Rashid Hospital. The nurses and doctors at Rashid Hospital are truly exceptional, especially the nurses who took care of me during my admission in Ward 12 for more than a month. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a difficult time much easier for me. They were always attentive, compassionate, and patient, ensuring that I was comfortable and well cared for at all times. I am deeply grateful for their support and the excellent medical care I received throughout my stay.

My experience at Rashid hospital was unexpectedly.this is the place where I can recommend anyone if am asked too.everyone is kind, loving and caring.the doctors and Nurse's professionalism is at top notch . I really received a very good service and I want to thank 3 Nurses that really attended on me with too much love and care. Nurse Hanisa, Lean and Diviyan you guys are the best.i enjoyed every moment you attended on me in ward 12 room 15A.you made the hospital felt like a home for me cos of comfortablility and the interactions you gave me.the other thanks goes to nurse prissy and Asha.they always checked on me every morning before starting their duties. Oh my God whom should I leave cos every one was just nice to me .I want to end by thanking all the staff members and the hospital at large .keep on inspiring others cos ur the best. During my family’s experience at this hospital, we encountered multiple serious issues: My grandfather underwent surgery during which parts of his lymphatic system were removed without informed consent, causing him pain and complications until the end of his life. Critical patient care in the ICU was mishandled, including improper use of ventilator masks that caused distress or harm. Communication from staff about these incidents was inadequate, and family concerns were not properly addressed. My mother was hospitalized with hip and pelvic fractures. On the day she was scheduled to start physiotherapy, she was told she was discharged while still immobile. She contacted the doctor and head of department but was not given a reason for her discharge. She was informed it was because her recovery exceeded what the hospital was willing to cover or accept payment for. She was not provided a patient safety discharge sheet. Nurses were confused about the sudden discharge and lacked clear communication from doctors regarding her care plan. Overall, the hospital’s practices and patient care were unsafe, unprofessional, and caused significant emotional distress to our family. I do not recommend this hospital based on our experience.
