There is a reason this company has such a low rating, READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!! I purchased from this company filled out the form, included my company name in the "care of" section and guess what? The company name was NOT printed on the shipping label. So of course they use THE WORSE courier ever found on this planet, Canpar, HORRIBLE company as well. Zero communication, zero responsibility. I will never purchase from this company again, I should have listened to the reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I would, don't give these people your money. If you receive a defective product, expect horrible customer service - they will ignore you as long as they can unless hounded for a response, and refuse to refund you; on top of making you pay multiple fees for shipping, or a "restock fee" at their discretion (yes, they will resell defective product and take a cut from you). Don't let the low prices fool you, go with a more trustworthy seller.

Took a while to ship product. Money was drawn from account, put back, then drawn again. Took three tries on three different days to get a hold of a customer representative. I was thinking of doing an exchange with another case they had. Ended up just eating the cost of the part because exchange RMA does not cover shipping. So as long as you don't need to contact them for anything after ordering, your experience might be okay.
