We had a great experience here with my 5 year old son. I used to take him to a children's hair place but with inconsistent and disappointing service. We tried one other "adult" hair place and didn't have the greatest experience so I was hesitant. Super happy we came to Hair Boss. Nice small, non overwhelming location. Armando chatted with my son throughout, gave him the best haircut and a lollipop at the end. Very happy with our overall experience.
I used to go to them a while ago, on the recommendation of a friend. They cut hair fine.... however, the attitude of one of the stylists was very aggressive and almost felt like he wanted to fight... I came in later in the day and the one person said they were closed.... with almost an hour before the posted closing time. I was immediately turned off and never went back. I then asked my friend why he recommended them to me, and he said... "I don't know, I stopped going there a while ago... Those guys are jerks"..... Sorry to leave such a bad review, but if you're in the service industry, you REALLY need to control yourself...
Hair Boss Kristijan,THANK YOU!!!! we legitimately just left and you were phenomenal. Patient, fast, and understanding. The haircut was basically done, my son wasn't having it, I would've been happy to call it quits but you were convinced you could clean it up a bit more. Between my son on my lap, dad distracting with a YouTube video, and you moving at the speed of light we got it done. We will one thousand percent be back with our son. Im also just shy of 8 months pregnant with my second and I know where were taking him when he's older.
