Ryan was recommended to us by a friend and we’re very pleased with the outcome. Not only did he take the time to point out tips but he was also very responsive even at the tax deadlines. His rates are extremely reasonable as well. We will certainly be using Ryan again and highly recommend his team to anyone looking!

I never thought I’d be leaving this review but here we are. Ryan started out strong, being very supportive and attentive. There were a couple small things but nothing to cause red flags. We paid as soon as a bill was received, replied and followed up with any requested immediately. Then in 2021 he would say he was working on our file but nothing was happening. I’d email, get a vague response and then no follow through. 2022 started horrible with barely a response. I continued to email asking where we stood with the previous request and current taxes and then he just ghosted us. I emailed asking what went wrong. I asked if there was an issue I wasn’t seeing…no response. We own a successful business that needs a bookkeeper and he just refused to respond. I contacted him one last time recently hoping not to have to do this but no response. So here we were at tax time with nothing done! We’ve since hired an accounting firm but we’re shocked at how Ryan completely ghosted us. Extremely unprofessional.

Ryan took such great care while handling mine and my wife’s taxes. He was extremely helpful answering questions we had. Had the taxes filed when he said he would quick and easy process. Would highly recommend.
