If you have additional time and money then go for it.. The Project scope was signed on 28th May, 2025 and still it's going and going and going.... Very disappointing service—I strongly recommend not going for it. There are far better options available in the market. Choosing HomeLane was one of the biggest mistakes of my life, and now I’m being penalized for it. The commitments made were only on paper. Once the contract was signed, everything shifted onto me. HomeLane claims to be the best in the market and promises end-to-end project delivery. Based on that, I trusted them and awarded them the full contract, including project management, expecting smooth execution. Unfortunately, I now realize that was a major mistake. The top management appears completely indifferent, focused only on acquiring more customers, with little regard for their employees or existing clients. They assigned a single project manager who was already handling 2-3 projects simultaneously. Tragically, he met with a serious accident and was hospitalized, leaving him completely out of action. During his absence, work came to a complete standstill around 10-15 days with No backup was arranged, and the entire load was again placed on the same individual upon his return. Despite multiple reminders to the team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Week after week, the target dates keep changing. Many tasks remain pending, and several are interdependent, further complicating progress.

We loved the work done by Homelane! Akshata Shinde (Designer) beautifully designed and Siddhesh Shedage (Project manager) makes it happened. We also got to know many things about the material, there specifications and usage in the project which was really appreciable. Thank you everyone including backend team, frontend team etc. for your contribution.

I cannot give even one star for this experience. I am extremely disappointed with the response from the care executive, Harmeet. In an email, he stated that the root cause of the issue was a problem with the building's structure. However, the real issue lies with the molding installation, which was outsourced to an unskilled vendor and improper installation. This problem arose during the installation phase, and while rectification was attempted after I raised my concerns, the quality of the work was subpar. 4 months after the project handover, the wall molding in the living room shows signs of improper installation, including gaps and cracks. The care executive is unwilling to address the problem, claiming it is not covered under warranty. I urge you to be cautious; I cannot recommend Homelane. Do not waste your money.
