I did my taxes with the East location that is currently closed in 2015 and was satisfied because they did my w2s and business tax return... Until I got my return and saw they took more money out than she told me would be taken out. What happened was the DIDN'T tell me I needed to pay up front to avoid a fee. I called multiple times and never had my call returned. So here it is 2018, and I decide to try this other location because like i said before I WAS satisfied with the return. So, they scheduled me an appointment then returned my call an hour later saying and I quote "I uh um, unfortunately ima have to cancel your appointment because we aren't accepting 'new' clients with business tax returns" then she went on to say "I just see you weren't a happy customer last time..." which allowed me to believe THAT was in fact the reason they won't do my return. I tried to explain to her what happened and she interrupted me by saying she was the one that called and talked to me which she NEVER did. Anyways, that was WRONG they blatantly lied to my face (well through the phone) just now by giving me an excuse saying that "new" customer bit but how could I be a "new" customer if I've filed there before? Anyways, if you go here PAY upfront and ASK questions. I thought I asked enough but apparently not. This is MY experience at this place and how they treat returning or according to them "new" customers.

Horrific experience!! I don’t think I have dealt with anyone less professional. I paid for weekly services and dropped off original receipts. I have been calling for months to get back my payments and receipts, as the owner has done absolutely nothing and never responded to any form of contact. I have stopped by the office, which is never open, and left letters. No response to that. Or the many emails, text messages and voicemails. Her cell phone now goes straight to voicemail. She is a thief. At this point I have to hire an attorney to step it to get back my money and documents. PLEASE save yourself the headache from this thief.
