REACH Dental Clinic

I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but I felt I had to say a few words about this dental office. At my age, I’ve seen quite a few dentists over the years, and I can honestly say Dr. Farah is the best I’ve ever had. He’s gentle, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort. I used to get quite anxious about dental visits, but with him, that worry’s gone. What really stands out to me is how honest and straightforward he and his team are. They never try to sell you on anything you don’t need, and they take the time to explain every step and cost clearly. That kind of integrity is hard to come by these days. All in all, this is one of the finest clinics I’ve ever been to. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist anymore ,and that’s saying something coming from me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, caring dental care.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very difficult experience at this clinic. My filling had to be corrected three times, and I found the procedures quite painful as I wasn’t fully frozen at first and needed additional freezing. The overall experience felt rough rather than gentle, which made it stressful. Another concern was the lack of basic comfort during the appointment. The dentist’s personal hygiene made the visits especially unpleasant, as I could smell body odor very strongly throughout the procedure while he was working close to my face. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I would not feel comfortable returning.

I came to Reach with a chipped front tooth and a discoloured front filling. I thought Dr.Farah would only have time for an exam. Instead he repaired the chip and refinished the discoloured filling. His dental work looks great, and I have my smile back! I can highly recommend Dr.Farah and Reach Dental.
