Taylor, the hygienist was super sweet! I really had a pleasant visit because of her! However… the receptionist at the front desk was not so welcoming when I walked in, no acknowledgment whatsoever, but then proceeded to welcome others who walked through the door. I give my visit 3 stars only because being a receptionist, your the face of your establishment, I didn’t have a good encounter. Taylor gets my five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first time at this dental practice, and it did not disappoint! As I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. After completing paperwork I was then seen by the dental hygienist Helena, who took X-rays & did an outstanding, gentle cleaning on my teeth. The dentist, Dr. Ali came in viewed my x-rays, examined my mouth and was very professional, polite, and caring. I was able to easily get another appointment in six months for a routine visit! The practice manager Caitlin was so kind and she helped make an appointment for my husband. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great experience!

WOW! I am so happy I found this dental office!! 10/10 experience - highly recommend. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by excellent staff and Dr. Ali is second to none. He is patient, polite, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable! He made sure I was very satisfied with the results of my smile. I have significant experience with dentists in Berks County as I have had a lot of work done over the last 40+ years. You will have to look no further than Dr. Ali and Green Hills Dentistry are second to none in Berks!

The best experience i’ve ever had at a dental office. Taylor did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was very gentle. Dr.Ali was very thorough in his explanation and showed me what he was seeing so i could understand better!! Would highly recommend!!
