They took the time to understand those needs and adapted even mid-install to our preferences. In addition, we just had our annual service appointment with technician Brad. It stands out as one of those exceptional service experiences that so rarely happen. Truly Exceptional Service—Meticulous, Professional, and Friendly! We recently had Ready Refrigeration out to do some upgrades, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They handled a major project for us, including installing new heat pumps, a new electric water heater, and updating our electrical system by adding several breaker switches. The team’s technical work was clearly top-notch; everything was installed efficiently and operates flawlessly. However, what truly set them apart was their incredible professionalism and friendliness. Every single member of the crew was polite, respectful of our home, and communicative about the process. After completing the work, one of the technicians actually asked us for a broom so he could sweep up before leaving. This level of care and respect for our space went above and beyond any service we’ve had before. They deliver high-quality technical work with unmatched customer service. Highly, highly recommend! PS Shout out to lady on the phone, she was extremely understanding when setting up our appointment (we were concerned about our well going dry).
