Have been using Ready Set Plumb for over 3 years on our older apartment and have always been amazing to deal with. They are very professional in all the work that they do, and are also very considerate people to deal with. Being an old building there’s been a lot of random jobs and unknown issues come up, and the team have worked hard to find the root cause and understand what’s going on. Sam the plumber has been so lovely dealing with our nervous dog, and now we have a baby he’s been very kind and understanding (simple but thoughtful things like calling instead of using the doorbell incase baby is asleep - going to extra mile to be considerate) Dianna in the office is a dream to work with in planning and organising times and communication - when things have come up with work and I’ve had to change times, Dianna has been incredibly at making timings work. I highly recommend these guys to help with any plumbing needs you have.
