Large servings of tasty, high quality, FULLY ORGANIC food, without icky seed oils etc. it’s actually really hard to find organic meal delivery (usually it’s just one or two ingredients). Lexi was great to work with, very accommodating, and the food was perfect and filling.

Ive been a signature meal prep/a La carte customer for about a month with instant results. My original correspondence with Lexi gave me a lot of confidence there would be high touch service and there is. She can immediately differentiate the product vs others in the space that are toxic and obscure the facts. I have my own dietician but her knowledge is apparent in the menu design. The food is very high quality and lasts Tuesday evening through Sunday for me. Nutrition is 80% of the battle especially with weight loss - don’t kid yourself. This service makes accomplishing your goals that much easier. For me it’s a no brainer to achieve a caloric deficit and supplement with other healthy snacks.

Ambrosia Meals is a fantastic company - I've been a customer for ~1 year and will remain so for as long as I am in NYC.
