He went beyond making sure everything was explained and if you had questions he got you the answers. How many times in your life do you buy a roof? Maybe twice! This was the most painless process I’ve ever experienced. The “guys” showed up early, made short work of demo, took a reasonable lunch period, and knocked out the second phase in the afternoon. 2100 sf house, done in a long day. They cleaned up like they were never there. They were respectful of our property and us. Ethan communicated with us every step of the way AND made sure the job was done in a timely manner. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the first phone call to final payment I couldn’t be any happier. First off this very polite young man ( Nelson) came out to get the measurements and estimate. Incredible young man for his age. All terms were agreed on and time to schedule, Once we came back from vacation I received a call from a fella saying we can do it Monday ( wow) . I replied come on with it. 0630 Monday morning a knock on the door from a guy named Christian saying they wanted to begin. Heck yeah go ahead, 7:30 they’re piled up waiting on dump trailer, I called a friend told him get me lunch for 12 hard working guys. I go get and not one person came to eat until 100percent was done. They all sat down and enjoyed a fajitas lunch together, they even cleaned up the lunch mess. I received a invoice on text but called Nelson to come pick up a check.. I can’t be any happier about the whole process. It rained that night lol. I have recommended RTR a couple times since. Only been 5 days… Flores was also an unbelievable supervisor, his genuine concern was comforting. The workers were awesome. Thank you so very much. Michael Starks Meridian, Ms.
