If I could do negative stars that would be great. This company had done nothing but rip off our insurance company and us. In the begining was looking like they were the ones to go with. Was calling all the time keeping in contact. I wish I had went with Watkins roofing. I sure regret using this company. The estimates kept changing added xtra materials they said we didnt pay for. How is that possible? Sent 8 or so Hispanics that spoke no english at all. How can you communicate with the language barrier. The one that spoke good english was in an out the whole day. So that got me nowhere. Supposed to have changed parts of the gutters due to hail damage. Then bent the gutter drain its bowed out and cant get anyone to do anything about it. Email after email. This company is a complete rip off con artist. Your revised invoice is attached. You received two checks: $11, 944.80 and $5640.65. Your contract that was signed was $12,990.26 You paid $5,497.37 in materials which leaves you with a balance of $7492.89. You will have $6,447.43 remaining from your first check. We requested $,640.65 in supplements that was paid with your 2nd check. This give you a balance of $13,133.54. You subtract your remainder from your first check ($6,447.43) from that and it leaves you with a balance of $6,686.11. You will then subtract the 2nd check of $5,640.65. Remaining balance is 1045.46. $49.50 was requested for the satellite, but I went ahead and subtracted $50.00 as a favor to you which leaves the balance of $995.46. You subtract your $500 leaving you at $495.46 which is part of that $1,178.58 non recoverable depreciation which is part of your insurance policy. As far the materials, I spoke to the manager regarding the materials. The materials that you paid for were actually used on your house. We always send out extra that is not paid by the customer in case it is needed because I am sure you know in your line of work that it may come in handy and you do not want to be on jobsite without it. Sincerely, Reva Coate Well apparently yall didn't listen when my husband & I have both stated several times that we removed the satellite ourselves. So you did us no favors at all to be honest. You caused more confusion than anything along with other ridiculous upcharges. Also we were charged for the gutters on the invoice. Not one gutter was removed or touched other than beating on them to loosen the old ashpalt from the roof. There were no gutters on the material list either. I spoke with Rob Walsh about it the day I paid the over priced final balance an have yet to hear anything else, on that matter, that in my opinion was a rip off for not letting the customer know the full balance upfront. If this is how yall do business I will gladly never recommend your company to anyone!!! I will also be reviewing your business honestly!!! So thanks for nothing!!! Also your employees should be able to commuicate with the customer due to the language barrier only 1 spoke english and stayed gone most of the time.So please tell me where you did us a favor. Miss Bonnie was an absolutely amazing person to work with. She spent 6 months trying to get my home insurance to replace my roof. She very professional and a really nice person to work with. Always available to take ur calls and answer any question u might have. The workers who replaced my roof were also easy to work with. They definitely knew what they were doing and left my yard looking like it was professionally cleaned. Would recommend this company very highly to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced
