I always do my grocery shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore on Highland in Kitchener, and it’s been a great experience every time. The store is spacious, well-organized, and has a wide selection of fresh produce, pantry items, and household essentials. One of the best things I like about this location is the price matching – it works so smoothly, and the staff are always friendly and helpful about it. It really helps save money without any hassle. Overall, the store is clean, checkout lines move quickly, and I always find what I need. Highly recommend this Superstore for anyone in the area!

Good place to do daily groceries. One place for all items from groceries to pharmacy, dress camping, toys . U think of an item and u get it. Best about them - they do price match. U get good product at best deal.

I visit this store frequently and it's going downhill. They need some staff training on customer service. Today I visited the Joe Fresh section - waited 15 minutes for an employee. No one in sight. I finally went to customer service and they paged one. The lady who came was rude - didn't greet me, no apology. She simply let me in and left. I then got down groceries. Went to the self-checkout line. I needed to wait for a cashier. No one working that area. She finally came after 5 minutes (3 other customers were waiting). She didn't smile, didn't say hello. Simply punched in whatever she needed to and left. The employees at this location need guidance. A smile and a hello goes a long way.

I like to visit the store very often as it is a Canadian, but i see that they use promotion labels to confuse customers. you see a listed pricing tags (at cloth section) ; but at the cash you see a different higher pricing... Also, their customer service are not nice at all !! they never care about customers and never see smile on their faces!! . Walmart is much better and easier for shopping and their customer service staff are helpful and meet your expectation ..
