I recently had an issue accessing the internet, and I must say, Le Quane and Justin provided exceptional service in resolving it. From the moment I step into the Fido store their customer support was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand my issue, provided clear guidance, and ensured everything was working smoothly again. Thank you Le Quane and Justin, It's rare to find such dedicated and efficient service in today's fast-paced world, you truly exceeded my expectations.

My Wife's had a sim card which was not being seen by phone. Elias has seen this before and suggested two possible problems. He and Sunpreet quickly swapped the sim card and activated it and we came out the store with functional calling and data again in a matter of only a few minutes from entering the store.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with my in person experience with the store. Safraz went above and beyond to make sure all my queries were answered and offered me best service possible.
