Stopped in today to purchase dress pants. Don't know the name of who helped me, but she was fantastic. Showed me several options, lengths etc. Purchased the pants and a few other items. The store is well organized and laid out

My mother had a horrible experience with a staff member named Sarah. She was rude, patronizing and/or possibly racist (e.g. kept asking my mom if she could understand her when she was speaking English). What my mom couldn’t understand was how bent out of shape Sarah was getting over applying the birthday coupon! Sarah also felt the need to fill other customers in on the interaction as my mom left the store as an attempt to justify her behaviour likely. So unprofessional!

I came to this store today to do an exchange. As soon as I came into the store this blond girl greeted me (I wish I got her name) and made me feel so welcome! She was on the cash and was wonderful to deal with. I had picked out a few items and went to the change room. I had a salesperson help me her name was “Joe”. She was one of the best people I’ve had help me in a clothing store. Most the time you’re on your own once you are in the change rooms. This lady helped me and got sizes for me and was helpful when deciding what to buy. I told her she was excellent. I’ve been in retail for years past and in customer service, I know great service when I see it. I find Reitman’s employees in general are amazing. I hope the management appreciates their awesome workers. I also love their returns, no hassle. And price adjustment. Great Canadian company to support as well. Reitman’s has come a long way and now I shop there a lot.
