Visited Home Sense Ajax location to buy some Halloween 🎃 decorations in advance with my family. They do have high quality Halloween 👻 stuffs like hanging skeletons, hard plastic skull 💀, various colours of pumpkins 🎃, motion sensor ghost 👻. We also bought some fragrance candles🕯️for our home decoration. Lastly we were looking a good quality of carpet preferably Made in India 🇮🇳 and we found it here. We purchase large size carpet to replace our aging Living room carpet. Staff here are friendly and assisted with folding the carpet and putting it in our RAM1500 vehicle. They have good quality furnitures and artificial plants 🪴 which we will buy later on. I’m impressed they keep changing the stocks frequently. Will visit soon.

Great selection on variety of things. Some prices are very good. Pots and pans, dishes, decorations, bedroom stuff, bedsheets, cushions, living room couches, lamps, artificial plants.... variety. Nice setup. Decent selection on carpets at the back of the store.

June ,2023 My recent visit to this location I have noticed the stone is totally geared up for summer. Lots of outdoor furniture and utilities on display for your shopping. My first visit to this location, keeping COVID19 protocol accordingly. We should be thankful for the walk in shopping facilities not to complain about slower services. Had a great customer care services on the floor and friendly services at the cash counter. Good place for those shoppers who are always looking for brand name products at the lowest prices possible.

This used to be my favorite location, but sadly, not anymore. The staff seem poorly trained, move extremely slowly, and show little understanding of good customer service. Their attitude is unprofessional, and it’s hard to understand how they’re allowed to work on the floor without proper training or basic courtesy. It truly feels like customer satisfaction is no longer a priority here. There is a white, middle-aged lady who has been consistently rude to both myself and my husband on multiple occasions. I’m genuinely surprised she still works here given her behavior. Unfortunately, the management isn’t any better — on one occasion when the store messed up our order, we spoke directly with the manager, but she was uncooperative and defended her staff despite it being clearly their fault. To make matters worse, we have experienced discriminatory behavior from staff on several occasions, which is completely unacceptable. This location has gone downhill significantly, and we will not be returning.
