We were recommended Mark by a friend and he did not disappoint! Mark is super personable and so is his client success manager, Peter. Both were very responsive (sometimes late at night when they should be resting) and were very open and honest about the process of buying a house. Mark has worked on homes in the past and bringing that knowledge and experience to the table was invaluable. He was very honest about the homes we saw, any issues that we would want to check for, anything that could be a surprise, etc. We felt very confident that he had our backs and that he would represent us well. He was also able to recommend a great lawyer and home inspector for us. We started looking for a house mid winter and somehow I had a knack for scheduling viewings on days where the weather would turn on us out of nowhere. Mark and Peter were always able to make it work despite the amount of rescheduling we had to do. We always appreciated how available they were, and I admit there were times where I late night panic messaged them and they still always answered in a timely manner. I imagine work life balance in real estate is very tricky, so I do not recommend messaging late but we will always be grateful for their patience and kindness. At this point our whole close friend circle has worked with Mark and Peter and we've all found houses in the span of 2-3 months. I think this speaks to how much we endorse them as a group.
