I would give this management company zero stars if I could. The worst. I've lived in a condo for 26 years. I've seen plenty of management companies. This one just takes your money but ignores phone calls, emails, and even ignores people during the board zoom meetings. They refuse to even acknowledge things that need to be fixed, let alone fix them. My top floor unit ceiling has water damage, mold, and bowing.

This company will not respond to residents. We currently to have a major ongoing issue with the village and the board and this company will not respond to homeowners. Charles is the owner and he has been emailed multiple times by many homeowners and refuses to answer the phone or any emails. This is going on for months now. I’ve been asking for information for over two months and not even a single reply from him. In our last meeting he was less than understanding to homeowner concerns. We have serious issues at the property with roofs and crawl spaces that the village had to get involved. Homeowners deserve to have answers since we own these units and pay our dues!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Overall just horrible company. They take your money and run. Make sure to have a good lawyer ready dealing with these people (;
