Real estate lawyers.ca has been a fantastic experience. Very organized and efficient with service. We bought a new build and the lawyer and law clerk was very helpful in going through the agreement and pointing out things we should put in including the cap fees. Also responsive to emails and questions that we had. Also very competitive pricing in the industry and cheap. I would use their services again. Wonderful staff to work with.
