Real Property Management Dupage Preferred

I have used Real Property Management for 11 years. They made the initial rental of my property very easy. During these 11 years they have resolved issues with my tenant very seamless. I would recommend them highly for not only renting your property, but also for taking care of any issues that may arise with the property on the tenant.

Jim and RPM Management Dupage were extremely attentive to our needs as tenants. The online portal simplified payment and communication for any property concerns. Their quick responses were very much appreciated. The management team ensured the safety and met the needs of all tenants effectively.

A few years back I acquired a condo for the purpose of rental income. I am a handy woman and can fix most things around a house (install floors, tiles, painting, most plumbing, etc) so I thought it would be easy. I maintained the property diligently - responded immediately if there were any issues/repairs. I did not charge late fees when most months my tenant's payments were late - and several times were months late and a couple of times checks bounced. I also had to deal with a lot of phone messages from the tenant. So I contacted RPM DuPage & had them take over my headaches. Amazingly the rent began being paid on the first of the month! Messages were cut back a lot! Thank you Debbi White! I also had an "aha" moment when I contacted Debbi about something my tenant had messaged me about. Debbi asked "why is the tenant contacting you?" After that I just referred them to Debbi. WHAT A DIFFERENCE DEBBI MADE! Thank you Debbi!
