I needed my roof replaced and called Gryphon Roofing to get an estimate. The office staff was super easy to work with and had Brooks my sales guy contact me a couple of days later. He did a complete inspection of the roof and went over all of the details with me of what needed to be done. He was able to give me a written estimate on the spot and I was able to get the job scheduled a few days later. The crew that did the roof work were amazing. They were supervised by Damian who was on-site several times during the two-and-a-half-day process. Damian was great to work with. He explained every detail of the job as it moved along and kept me informed during the entire process. He answered all my questions and was super to work with the entire time. I had a few cracked tiles, but Damian was able to find tiles to match and kept the job moving forward. The entire crew did a great job cleaning up during and after the roofing job was completed. Everyone was very easy to work with and communication was great. I was impressed by how professional everyone was the entire time. It was a great team, highly professional, awesome communication, friendly and experienced. They truly deserve a five star rating. I would highly recommend using Gryphon Roofing if you are in need of a roofing repair or full roof replacement.

We had a leak in the living room after a good wind and rainstorm so a friend of mine recommended Gryphon Roofing. I spoke to Russ about our issue and he had a technician out the following week to take a look. He was able to fix the spot on the roof and made some other repairs and recommendations for our older roof. Very happy with the results and their team. They also installed the flat roof to our new cabana in the backyard.

Kind of upsetting thinking you are getting your roof replaced and tiles (20) replaced if broken when apparently all they are doing is glueing them together and mortar installed falling apart only after 5yrs we confirmed with 2 other companies that this was poorly done so now we got pay extra to repair something that should last for 20yrs.We called this company to have them come out and look at it to see what they say and have not heard back yet but they did mention the warranty is for leaks only. Now I am worried if they even installed everything correctly and if it would last as long as the glue lasted on our tiles that should have been replaced. Word of advice ask for before and after pictures.
