We needed a new pipe, float, alarm, and pump, along with some other septic work inside. When installing the new pump, they let us keep the old one since it was still working, which was really helpful for another project. The price was fair, and the work was top-notch. They were honest and gave us helpful tips on how to keep our system in good shape. We highly recommend them to anyone needing septic service and will definitely call again for any maintenance.

We were really stressed when we found our whole basement flooded late on a Friday afternoon, so we called Jake the Plumbing Pro. Javier and Luis showed up that night to figure out the issue, and it turned out we had tree roots growing into our water and sewer pipes. Although they were on another job with an active leak at that moment, they promised to get back to me as soon as possible. They called me back later, letting me know they could arrive shortly. Javier and Luis showed up right on time and resolved my problem efficiently. All my stress and worries vanished! On another occasion, I had a water heater issue. Theodore guided me through the process, and we managed to handle it ourselves by getting a new water heater under warranty. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my great experience with Jake the Plumbing Pro. From the start, their team was quick, skilled, and really knew their stuff when it came to repiping my house. You can see they are real pros—like the “Incredibles” of plumbing. Before hiring them, I noticed other companies working on neighbors’ homes and the results weren’t great. But I watched Theodore and his crew work on another neighbor’s place and saw first-hand how smoothly everything went. After talking to my neighbor, who had nothing but good things to say, I was sure I made the right choice. I got quotes from about 8 or 9 companies because I’m careful about who I hire. For me, it’s not just about the price—it’s about trust, quality, and having a good experience. Their team finished my repiping faster than expected because they brought enough plumbers to get the job done right. On the second day, they even doubled the crew to replace my main line and complete the inside work. They clearly do this kind of work all the time, so they’re very efficient. They even found a leak from an old plumbing job and fixed it for free—turns out someone had used electrical tape to connect two different sized pipes! They sorted it out with no extra charge. I would confidently recommend them to anyone—family, friends, neighbors. The crew cleaned up every day and did their best to reduce dust and mess while cutting into the Sheetrock.
