I brought my dog to them because he had a mild case of fleas. After spending close to 300 bucks they gave me one dose of flea medicine. The medicine did not work for my dog. I called them to ask how long it took to work. It seemed like all they wanted to do was argue with me about it. She told me I had to treat the environment too. I argued that there wasn’t any fleas in the house, just on the dog. I spent another 60 bucks on sprays and shampoo, and treated every bit of my house. It has been another two weeks and I have treated everything several times. My dog still has fleas and keeps itching. I feel terrible for him, but they insist their product works. It DID NOT WORK for my dog. I will never take my dog back there after the way they treated me when I was just trying to get him help. Now I’m noticing how many others that say they treated them badly too. I wish I had read the reviews before taking him to them.

Dr. Biles has been seeing my cat for a couple of years. He just caught that my cat was misdiagnosed by another vet with a long-term condition, and saved his life. He and his staff are awesome, caring, and they pay attention! Best of all, they are reasonably priced! If you're looking for a vet, CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE!!! Do not recommend this facility to anyone in need of a vet. From diagnosing my pet incorrectly(mistakes happen but this one cost us a pet sooner than necessary)to downright being rude to my wife when she left a review about what had taken place. Unprofessional and uncompassionate.
