Do NOT sign with these people. Biggest waste of time!! They swore they would buy the home no matter what (not just if they found a buyer) locked me into a contract promising it would close quick. They never even showed up for their scheduled inspection. Never rescheduled. I tried countless times reaching out and trying to stay in contact but nobody would return my calls. So I was locked into a contract meanwhile they obviously had no plan on closing without an inspection but just left me hanging. These guys are scammers and deceiving.

I have so many good things to say. I decided I did not have the time to repair my condo that was built in 1973 so I decided to see if I could sell it. I did a Google search and Offer now came up. From the first time I talked to Carson until the closing yesterday everything went smooth as clockwork. He called right away to schedule the appointment for a walk through right away. He was kind, considerate and vertymindful of my schedule. He kept in constant contact and answered all of my questions right away. The process took less than 3 weeks. I highly recommend Carson and his whole team
