High turnover might mean more noise, more change, or less stability. 2.Does the building allow short-term rentals What are recent noise complaints like? Ask current residents if possible. 3.How does trash collection work? out trash, how often? ) 4. Are there scheduled building maintenance / inspections? What’s the notice? 5.What is the parking permit / decal situation? How many cars can you have ? 6.How is mail / package delivery handled? 7. Is the real all included one pay and live in go? 8.Is there a reserve fund for the building? (For condos / high-rises — this affects long-term maintenance.) 9.How well-lit / secure are the walkways, stairwells, elevators? 10. Is it safe? 11.do the stuff help fast if your appointment need to be tented to like eclectic,pluming etc 12. Is there mice and Roches? 13. How big are the units Anyone knows ? 14. What's the pool rules 15. How much you need to move in ? Is it a fast process will they take cash or run credit?

I have lived Downtown for several years and this spot is the right balance for me. Close to Downtown, The Strip, Arts District, Downtown Loop, Las Vegas Monorail, and amenities you need for living. Grocery, pharmacy, medical, dental, and small businesses all within walking distance or transit. The neighbors are mature and respectful, and this property is always clean and upgrading everything.
