Larry did an amazing job selling our home in 2 days! He was very patient with us and explained all the steps and quickly resolved an issue when we did our walk through when purchasing our new to us home. Realty Advanced is by far the best real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. Larry sold our house for $15k over asking price in 2 days and immediately notified us when any new houses hit the market in our area until found one to purchase. We live in a hot area and you’ve gotta be fast. The house we purchased was only on the market for 4 hours when we made our offer at 8pm. I’ve never met any other realtor that would wrap up a dinner date early to show us a house.

Christina Walton is most definitely the goat when it comes to this business. From the very first time I met her she handled business even outside of business hours I could call her or text her and she would respond.. She made this process a walk in the park.
