My husband reached out to Natasha Laframboise after learning she was running an info session for first-time buyers. We told her we were searching for a real estate agent, and she referred us to Matt Laframboise and Phil Seguin. While Natasha was professional in our limited communication, the agents she connected us with did not protect our interests, and this has led to a legal dispute. My husband and I worked with Matt Laframboise while searching for an investment property. In our experience, we did not feel that our interests were fully protected throughout the process. The deal fell through and has resulted in a legal dispute. Given how everything unfolded, I would not work with Matt again. I was disappointed with my experience working with Phil Seguin. There were multiple points in the process where I felt our concerns weren’t properly addressed, and overall, I did not feel that we were well-represented. The deal ultimately collapsed and has led to legal proceedings. Based on how things went, I would not recommend working with Phil. I am sharing my personal experience in good faith.

Professionalism and integrity come to mind when I think of our experience with Matt Laframboise and Team. Everything from the expert staging, photography and the video presentation not to mention the record fast sale of my dad's house left us thoroughly impressed.

We explained we were investors looking for an agent, and she referred us to Matt Laframboise and Phil Seguin. Our interaction with Natasha was brief and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with the agents she recommended ultimately contributed to a legal dispute over a failed transaction. We worked with Matt Laframboise during our search for an investment property. Based on our experience, we felt that our best interests were not adequately represented during the process. The transaction ultimately failed, leading to a legal dispute, and based on this experience, we would not choose to work with Matt again. Our experience working with Phil Seguin was not positive. Throughout the process, we felt that our concerns were not fully addressed and that our best interests were not prioritized. The transaction ultimately failed and led to a legal dispute.
