The main reasons for why not more than 3 stars is that it did take a little over 6 months before I finally received my package and most of the issues were over paperwork. Would I use them again if I was in Barcelona? Yes. They were very helpful preparing my package when other places would not, so I would recommend them to others for their services.
Jodi MillerI went inside this shop to have a package shipped to America. I was told that my package would make it even, though it was an ornamental sword. After 3 failed attempts, and according to UPS, their fault, I still do not have my package and it is still in their shop. I have been waiting 6 months!!! And they still have my package inside their shop. Once they do send the package correctly with all the required paperwork and I do receive it, I will be glad to change my review, but 6 months is a long time. Stay tuned. I will post again with updates.
