We purchased a new build house (asset) where Red Deer Overdoor had installed the garage doors. Upon taking possession we quickly found out one of the doors went up and would not go down. Was not what we wanted when trying to move stuff into the house. Anyways, they found time pretty quickly to have a tech come out and get the problem sorted out. Turned out to be a wiring issue, got it fixed and insisted he do a full inspection on not only that door but the other one aswell to ensure there wouldn’t be any other issues for us. Great tech that came out, wish I could remember his name. I can say forsure even when the warranty period runs out they got me as a customer. Thanks for the quick call out and the help!

10 out of 10!!! The entire experience was great, friendly and so professional!! The service receptionist, was so kind and accommodating, and Clayton who came and did the job, was very professional, so kind and quick! I honestly thought we needed a new garage door when I called, but they were able to fix it!!!! Huge savings!! I was so impressed with everyone!!! Would highly recommend!!!
