It was fascinating to watch them work. It took less than a day to complete everything. The owner, Charles Whatley, is also dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. When I had a a question about my new covered gutters several weeks after the roof installation, he was immediately responsive and addressed my concern right away. Charles gave me helpful ideas on how to extend the life of my roof. His suggestion about the specific type of shingles to use resulted in lower premiums with my insurance company. The project manager also found damages that the original insurance adjuster did not discover. Forest Roofs was able to get those additional repairs covered by my insurance company. I have used several different roofing companies in the past, I will only use Forest Roofs in the future. They are the best and the pricing was competitive.
