I had a less than desirable visit on my last trip through and gave this place another chance. I’m glad I did. The front desk staff were helpful, professional and check in was easy. My room … mwah! Excellent. The bed was comfy, pillows excellent, lots of space and a super clean bathroom. At some point a quick call to ask how our room was is an update since my last stay which would have solved my rating from a few months back. All in all .. will stay here again.

Love this hotel! It has definitely the best value in grande prairie and the suites are the most spacious suites I've ever had in a hotel, with a very big two sink full bathroom. Beds are incredibly comfortable with great pillows. A sit down served breakfast is fantastic.

Stayed here for two nights and had a great time. Room was clean, the staff was super nice and always had a smile on their faces! Loved the complimentary breakfast! Especially how fast it came out. We were in and out within 35 mins, which is awesome if you have a busy schedule but still want a good breakfast to start your day!

I don’t normally write reviews but I won’t be staying at this hotel again. I was on the 4th floor and spent part of my night killing bugs. They weren’t bed bugs, not sure what they were. They moved me to a suite which seemed fine until the morning when I noticed a bug in the bathroom. I still got charged for the room even after this complaint. |Walls have never been washed (drips from humidity all over), and don’t look up at the air vents….🤮|Lighting is poor (maybe so you don’t notice the walls). Mold around tubs and showers. Bed was hard as rock with 2 small pillows on a king size bed. This is my second time staying here and will be my last.
