This shipping company that doesn't deliver. We ordered two pallets worth of equipment for our small farm. Unfortunately the retailer used this company to ship the equipment. The delivery drivers showed up on Thursday and said they could not offload the two pallets in our gravel driveway. They were supposed to come back on Friday but never showed up. My wife called Doug at the office, who told her that the delivery drivers tried to deliver today. I know they didn't because I was here all day. Doug didn't feel like talking to my wife any more and hung up. I think he took all the phones off the hook because now our calls just go through to voicemail. How can you trust a delivery company that doesn't deliver? Where is our equipment? I would strongly recommend using a different shipping company.

Our dedicated inside sales rep Gary is the best. Things are usually seamless. However, with LTL, things can occasionally go sideways, especially with cross-border shipments. It's great to know they have a dedicated team to resolve any issues that arise quickly. Best rates around with big reach after adding Atlanta, Denver, and Chicago over the last year. Don't belive they don't have trained staff if one day they gave $500 price then next day they gave $800 price same stuff same location they fraud with some people please hired new trained staff which staff knows everything
