Very slow unloading time. Made me late for my next appointment

Had 2 packages delivered on a Friday that were not ours. Call them up on Monday morning to get them picked up and delivered to the correct location. They schedule the pickup from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. they got my information and my phone number And I never heard anything from them. I call them up at 4:15 and sat on hold for over 30 min. before they answered. Told me that the driver can't come pick up anything until after they've delivered all there deliveries for the day. Since they already deliver the packages to the wrong location you think they would have had somebody else pick them up as that driver can't pick them up until after 4:30 in the afternoon. I set a pickup time no later than 3:30 so that I can shut down everything I need to do at the end of day before I leave at 4.

A-1 Body Shop

We live in a rural area where our dogs are left outside so requested a call 30 minutes prior to delivery to be sure we could be present. With many disappointing previous experiences with other truck delivery companies at our business and home, I was doubtful this would run smoothly and contacted Reddaway several times on delivery day requesting updates. Their staff was always patient and helpful. Our item was delivered when expected and their driver was more than courteous and careful not to damage property with the delivery truck. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best! We have daily pick ups from reddaway and have been using them for years and years because of their excellent service. Their truck driver Alex has always gone the extra mile to make sure our shipment are picked up and also coordinates with other drivers if extra pick ups are needed.
