We hired Robert and his team to rewire our entire heritage home—over 100 years old—with knob and tube replacement throughout. The job was complex, but they handled it with remarkable professionalism and care. Despite the challenges of working in an older home with horizontal joists and hidden surprises (like a covered window), they managed to complete the full rewire with no unnecessary damage to the walls. Robert also upgraded our electrical panel, added new outlets, and installed a second panel with EV chargers in our detached garage. He took extra care to plan around our intricate sprinkler system, ensuring no disruption. The quality of their work was outstanding. This time my house needed to install Dedicated circuit for 2 Upper Floor Bidets. Therefore Robert needed to do new wiring from Electrical Panel to Bathroom area Upper Floor and Reconnect existing 2 Bidets to new wiring. Robert Redford Electrical Services is an incredibly honest company. I reached out regarding a bathroom fan that was getting loud and old despite cleaning and lubricating. I had previously replaced the old motor myself before, but unfortunately this time I was having a hard time finding a OEM replacement since it has been discontinued. I was considering swapping the whole unit to a new model and box style, which is why I reached out. I live in an apartment and require a certified electrician to do such modifications. After sending photos of the fan and model information, Robert confirmed that while absolutely possible for him and his team to do, because of the the style of the existing fan, it would require significant drywall damage to remove. He was not only very upfront about the scope of work it would require, he also provided me with a resource where I could source a new replacement motor for my existing fan myself should I want to avoid the more expensive job of having him swap it fully. A little over 48 hours later I have the new fan motor from the supplier he suggested and installed the replacement myself and it's running great. I was beyond impressed with his communication and willingness to provide such honest information like he did. I will absolutely refer his company any chance I get because of this interaction and I'll personally be calling him for any future electrical work in my own home or office moving forward. Top notch customer service. Super fast communication and a genuinely honest company. Easiest 5 star review I've left in ages. Thanks Robert.
