I can't say enough good things about Taylor! He was incredibly responsive and moved the process along quickly, sending over updates in a timely manner. He made sure I got a time slot to view the apartment, and then we kicked off the application process which was very streamlined and clear. I absolutely owe it to him that I was able to lock down a beautiful apartment in this crazy rental market. I'd definitely work with Taylor and team again for a future apartment and would recommend him to anyone looking for a rental agent!

Our agent, Liz Pisco, was very helpful to my roommate and I in leasing our new apartment. She was very responsive throughout the application review and approval process, and gave us the chance to submit a bio/introduction and any other materials that we thought would make our application more competitive to the property owner. After we were offered the lease, she gave very clear instructions for next steps and checked in continually along the way, so we got through the process very quickly.

My roommates and I applied to a home recently, and through the whole process one of their agents name Taylor continued to ghost us or not respond even after sending in our applications. Towards the end of the time for them finding a tenant for the home they said they would offer the home to another more qualified group (which is fine obviously) The only problem is he said that he would offer them the house and if they didn’t respond in 48 hours that he would offer it to our party. After 48 hours I followed up and he says he’s still waiting for more information and confirmed to not respond. I continue to send emails offering to pay an increased rate, sign a longer term lease and pay months in advance and he still wouldn’t respond. Then he finally responds saying that my messages are “concerning him” He wasted our time over the last few weeks not responding to us, and then essentially giving us his word saying he would offer us the house after 48 hours if the other party did not respond. 3 days later from that he’s moving the goalpost and saying that doesn’t apply now. Apparently because we are persistent and in serious need of a home we are “concerning” ??
