Our condo sold within 8 days of the lising going public. Her recommendations for our condo were very good and helped us to get over asking price. I appreciate the advice I got from Karen about putting my home on the market. She was also able to give me the names of tradesmen to make some improvements to my property before we put it on the market. Amanda was always available to answer any of my questions. Lindsay did a wonderful job with the staging... the house looked beautiful. The video and photos that were done really set my house apart from others in the area.
