In my 15 years of trucking, I 've never experienced such stupid and useless system. First you arrive at gate(good luck finding it), there you encounter your first taste of this company. After pick-up number, showing ID, you have to use their device to take a picture of..... your FUEL GAGE! Like they wanna make sure you have enough for departure, and not stay there forever. Then you get the treatment like you are a regular( they open the gate and, you are free to go. But where and how, nobody knows. So you ask the security and expect the rolling eyes and puffing. Once you find the shipping office, the fun begins. Using their computer or scan to check in code, enter all required information. Shoe size and underwear color missing, everything else applies. Here you'll have the surprise that you will need truck and trailer license plates. Not big deal if you own the equipment, otherwise you do a trip and back to the truck. Once checked in and door assigned, go to back in the truck and then.... surprise! You have to come back with pictures of truck and trailer license plates and a picture of the wheel chock in place. The cherry on the cake is when you are told to take a seat in their hallway because you are required to witness the loading process. There you have it. Good luck!

Was a good place at first, has been one hour since we signed in and they have not called us to window, what good is appointment if they will make you sit. The olace is now aways in chaos and long wait times. Very unorganized, and you have to do most of their job with pictures. The only plus is that there is a bathroom. One star for friendliness and one for restroom availability.

Don’t respect drivers time. Anywhere where the driver must wait inside will get one star. I dont care about their policies, they’re not going to sit next to us while driving 10000 hours. Make the process easy and do your job properly and respectfully. The loading process is slow and it sucks.
