Vegans!!!! This place has heart and soul! What lovely people that are so kind and genuine! If you can call ahead and they will make vegan baba ganoush on the spot for you fresh with no yogurt inside!!! 🥹 fresh homemade saj bread that is vegan, vegan rice, hummus and falafel 🥰 haven’t even left the parking lot yet or tasted the food but I know it’s good because you can tell it was made with love and generosity. Very fair prices and large portions. Please go here and support this business! Update post tasting: holy moly! The saj bread is unbelievable! One of the most delicate and perfect breads I have ever had in my life. Take extra for home/road. Hands down absolutely the best homemade baba ganoush I have had and I am a big fan in general. Even their hummus is special…. Now for the falafels 🤤 extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection! I usually prefer my falafels baked but they had fresh oil and the oil temp just right so they came out absolutely amazing. In short I am hooked and will be eating here every single day for the remainder of our stay in Oshawa 💚 Update on the update : came back a second time in the same day to grab a couple more falafels and saj bread for dinner because we still have leftovers after a big lunch! Yum! 😋

Absolutely love Reetaj Restaurant! The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — especially the shawarma and mixed kabob plate. Portions are generous, the place is spotless, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. A true taste of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in Oshawa. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reetaj is a True Gem! I have been a long-time regular at Reetaj, and they are hands-down my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant for shawarma in Oshawa region. Their food is consistently phenomenal, Recently, I placed a catering order for my son's birthday party, serving close to 100 guests, and the food from Reetaj was, without question, the star of the show. Every single item was a hit! The shawarma was as flavorful and perfectly prepared as always, and people were raving about it. A special shout-out must go to the Fattoush Salad—it was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly dressed. The quantity was very generous, and the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality and volume of food we received.

You know what the great part about living in Canada is the variety of food. I'm fortunate enough to live in Oshawa. Where I would say we have some of the best restaurants and this place is no exception to that rule everything in here is fresh vegetables sauce spices the meat the vegetables again even the bread. It has the best "Saj bread " it's so thin and it wraps amazingly around everything. It's tasty I love it so much that my wife now buys it separately and I put it on everything around the house when it comes to food in our household all I got to say is you can't and you will not be disappointed eating at this establishment a lot of times we take it home with us but this time the smell was so great we had to eat it there. The service in there is great everyone behind their they smile the Greet you with happiness very polite it gets pretty hot so it must be hard behind their I want to say thanks to all of them . I am right now enjoying Saj bread in a tuna wrap right now not the photo I am putting up this is a mixed chicken and beef I can't wait to try the lamb there
