Beautiful detail. So nice and good customer service. I'm hooked!!! The woman who did my nails is incredibly patient with me. And the time that she takes and a talent that she has is really something else. I've never gotten my nails done before this place and it's honestly so good that it's now a commitment for me. The manager is also awesome and from what I can see cares for his employees. I get so many compliments on the quality. As a bartender and waitress, the nails really kept very well the whole 2 weeks between filling

Me and two of my sisters went in to get our nails done the service was overall horrible they didn’t seem to care at all, rude and denied me when I asked to get yellow instead of white and insisted white was prettier. My little sister got nothing like her picture it had a ghost she got a blob. I asked for polka dots they looked nothing like the picture and very messy. My other sister also got polka dots and got different shades on both hands, as well as her nails being different sizes on both hands. Not sure if they were just doing what they wanted or what happened. I felt the workers consistently laughing at my nails as well, showing they clearly don’t care that they did a bad job. Pricing was extremely high for how bad they were done. The place is very messy. I paid 101 dollars plus 20 dollar tip for an acrylic set with very basic design. My little sister got gel nails which were 58 dollars and turned out nothing like she wanted. My other sister got very short nails with the basic polka dots design was told she would pay 88 dollars instead payed 94 before tip. Overall very upset went in super excited came out super disappointed. I have been here before but have never left this shocked at the outcome.

There is one nail tech who does a great job, and that's who I had requested to have my appointment with today. However, when I got there, she was helping another customer and I was placed with another nail tech. It was terrible. She was rude, watched you tune during my manicure and pedicure, and honestly just did a really bad job. My nails look nothing like what I asked for and one was chipped within an hour. Her friend kept walking over and they were both looking at my nails and clearly talking about me. They reuse nail tools without cleaning them. I just left feeling very frustrated and ripped off.
