My overall experience at Norwood Dental Clinic was truly wonderful. I can’t remember the names of my dentist or dental assistant, but I will never forget how warmly I was treated. The entire team made me feel so cared for and welcomed. Coming in, I had a little anxiety because of a bad experience at a previous clinic, but the staff here were so gentle and reassuring. They took the time to check in on me, follow up, and do all the little things that helped me feel comfortable and safe. The quality of their work (filling) is excellent, everything looks so neat and natural. Beyond just the results, it was the kindness and professionalism that stood out the most. I’m deeply grateful for the care I received, and I would absolutely recommend Norwood Dental Clinic to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about dental appointments.

I took my young son for his first checkup and we had a great experience! The hygienist was kind and worked at my son's pace, and Dr. Sarah was great at explaining everything and putting him at ease. I couldn't ask for better for his first time at the dentist.

Dr. Sarah Hancox was excellent. She explained every step before starting, which really helped put me at ease since I was nervous about the procedure. She made sure I felt no pain during the tooth removal and checked that I was comfortable the whole time. She was also supported by another member of her team who was very kind and helpful throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.
