Really great gym! My wife asked me to join her and enjoy taking the classes together. All the instructors are fantastic and friendly. It's not intimidating and everyone can exercise at their own comfort level. Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep fit!

Coming here with my partner, we both have different levels but lots of options for everyone, we both love it, I also have some previous experience with different locations that do Bootcamps, HIIT, intense workout, etc, this is definitely worth it, love the program, trainers and metrics we use daily, definitely one of the best spot of Toronto
